Competing in fitness is a load of crap!

Competing in fitness and being a competitor, or wanting to look like one, you better be ready to spend the majority of your days on the toilet. The meals will range from 6-8 per day, about 1,300 glasses of water per day, tons of protein, supplements that include vitamins and pre-workouts are all a part of the game. So this makes a very nice cocktail for you to lead a seminar as a diarrhea expert and how to live with that issue.

So on top of having permanent chocolate squirts, feeling as strong as an anorexic 3 year old,  you now have to deal with the mental imbalance. Picture having PMS for 8-12 weeks non stop. Hey, what girl does not want to date a guy that is constantly pissed yelling at her from the bathroom while taking a crap?
