5 Ways to Lose Belly Fat, Gym Addict Advice!
Lose Belly Fat fast! Wouldn’t that be nice! Eat like a pig for a long time, and lose it all overnight. Well it’s not going to happen. The only thing you can ruin in a very short amount of time, is your reputation. Fat on the other hand, is just the opposite. It can be gained quickly, and it takes a long time to lose. You will read what will get the fat off, but first you have to understand a couple of things.
As you age, your metabolism slows down. You will burn fat a lot slower than you did when you were younger. We all know that and have to live with it. As you get older, you really have to watch what you eat, because it’s much harder to burn it off!
The other thing you have to know, aside from metabolism slowing down, is why you can get fat so easily! The reason is because you have more fat cells than you used to, and this is because you gained some weight at one point in your life (considering you are not fat now).
What does this mean? It means that when you gain weight, more fat cells are created in your body. Hence your fat ass stomach! So lets say you had 500 fat cells when you were thin, now you got fat, so you have 1,000. Well guess what, that 1,000 fat cells WILL NEVER GO AWAY. Those cells will only shrink.
As you see in the image above, that is what happens. So there is a good chance you have gotten some extra cells in your life, and now you get fat very easily. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do about that. You have done the damage already!
So here are some things that you HAVE TO DO, in order to get rid of your fat ass stomach. You already know this, you are just to damn lazy to do it, agreed?
#1 Don’t eat sugar and avoid drinking soft drinks!
You don’t need any crazy explanation. Soft drinks have a shitload of sugar, and they make you fat as shit. Period. Drink water, seltzer, and once in a great while, have whatever the hell you want. Fruit juices like orange juice are NOT HEALTHY. If anything they are worse. Just read the labels and sugar content.
#2 Eat more protein!
You know this already, but you don’t do it. You go for the bread of course, and the pasta and the rice. Protein will increase your metabolism, and decrease your appetite. For years, people tried to figure out why people who eat as much as they want, with no carbs, lost more weight than people who were on a restricted calorie diet. This is because protein suppresses appetite, so the people that could eat whatever they want, ended up eating less because they were not hungry!
#3 Stop eating carbs!
Carbohydrates turn into sugar. You can read our post about carbohydrates for more information, but we all know they are bad. They are actually really bad. Rice is ok, potatoes are ok, but bread and pasta is the killer. It’s as simple as that. You stop eating bread, you will lose belly fat.
#4 Take your lazy ass to the gym!
Go work out. Do anything. Google a workout and go do it. Get a trainer, find something on Youtube, drink some coffee and go move your ass. If you already work out a lot, taking very short rest periods is ideal for both gaining muscle and losing fat. Increase your heart rate and don’t work out like a jackass. Learn how to properly work out so you get something out of it.
#5 Try to eat an apple every day!
Like it or not, Apples are magic. They have natural sugar, which is not the same as the shit you eat in snickers bars, and it is ok. Apples have fiber and antioxidants which are VERY good for your body. I don’t know why, but Apples perform magic to your body. So eat away.
